Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking online or by phone to secure your preferred time — especially on weekends.

Wear comfortable clothing. For oil-based treatments you'll undress to your comfort level and be professionally draped with towels at all times.

Yes. We can provide a receipt for you to claim with most private health funds for remedial massage (subject to your level of cover). Please bring your health fund card.

Please arrive about 5 minutes before your appointment so we can complete a brief health check and start on time.

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to someone else.

Yes — gift vouchers are available for any treatment or dollar value, perfect for birthdays and special occasions.

Please tell your therapist before treatment if you have a heart disorder, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, hypoglycaemia, a recent injury or surgery, or if you are pregnant.
