Terms & Conditions

1. Payment

Nothing is charged when you book. The treatment price is payable at the clinic on the day of your appointment. All amounts are in AUD.

2. Confirmation

To book online we text a short verification code to the mobile number you give us, and your time slot is held while you enter it. Your appointment is confirmed as soon as the code is accepted, and we email you the details. If the code is not entered, the slot is released and no appointment is made.

We use your mobile number to confirm the booking and to contact you about your appointment.

3. Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us as early as possible on 03 9786 0537. Because nothing is paid up front there is nothing to refund, but repeated no-shows may mean we ask you to book by phone in future.

4. Arrival & lateness

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened so that following appointments are not delayed, and the full price still applies.

5. Health & safety

For your safety, please inform your therapist before your treatment of any medical conditions, injuries, or if you may be pregnant. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment where it may not be suitable.
